This wellington contains a 70g portion of smoked haddock swathed in a cheese and spinach sauce, in an open topped puff pastry case. It's a quality production which cooks from frozen in your oven (at 200C) in about 30 minutes. At our taste test, there wasn't a crumb left over and if I hadn't raised my eyebrows I suspect they might have licked the plates.
