Our king salmon is bred in some of the purest waters in the world. Raised sustainably in the pristine Malborough sounds in New Zealand. Smoked over New Zealand’s manuka wood, the salmon has an elegant balance of sweet and umami flavour that finishes with a touch of smokiness. If you are familiar with our fishRjumpin smoked salmon you will notice both aesthetically and in taste that the smoked king salmon has a more striking colour, and a subtler smoke. The high oil content naturally presents itself in the king salmon breed, its striking marbled fat lines within the bright orange flesh results in a soft buttery texture and incredible taste.
