Add ’smoked’ to prawns and you get an exciting new angle on an old favourite. These small sweet North Atlantic prawns are caught in Iceland and smoked in the UK. As they're smoked, they would be a great addition to a seafood sharing board, or as canapes at a party since they can be served cold and there is no preparation. They add a little bit of novelty to them since they put a bit of a twist on the usual prawns served and as they're in the shell, they look amazing and are fun to eat. One of our customers put us on to this; they are absolutely delicious in a prawn and lettuce sandwich!
