These are the primest cuts from our New Zealand snapper. They're thick pieces from the top of the neck. The flesh is delicious and so is the skin. Much loved by all seafood eating Kiwis.
Returning customers please note that this is the cut we used to call "bullets"... we now use the term "loin steaks". We also offer - when available - fillet steaks (not quite so thick, also more oblong, same price) and whole fillets.
