These swordfish steaks are a good alternative to our handcut swordfish steaks, which are produced by us and are a bit pricier. These ones may not be trimmed as well as the ones we produce ourselves but they are still good quality. With a lovely meaty taste, swordfish is a great option for those who perhaps aren't a fan of 'fishy' tasting fish. Fry them in a litte butter with some garlic and lemon juice and they'll be perfect to serve with some new potatoes and a salad.
