Just add a side of veg and off you go. This pie is a firm customer favourite (Thankyou Paul - "Would give it six stars if I could"). It has 100% natural ingredients including plenty of the expensive ones. It ain't cheap but it stands out. Totally home made here at Fish Palace by our chef Tim and his assistants.
Some customers say it feeds two, but we think most consider it a generous single serving.
Halibut, smoked haddock, prawns.
Gremolata [breadcrumbs (GF), parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon, garlic, parsley].
Mashed potato [potato, butter, cream, egg yolk, nutmeg, white pepper, salt].
Veloute [onion, fish stock (fish bones, olive oil, white wine, fennel, celery, leek, white onion, garlic, lemon, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, bay leaves, parsley, dill, tarragon, thyme), milk, double cream, white wine, butter, flour (gf), parmesan, olive oil, thyme, parsley, dill, tarragon, bay leaves, lemon juice].
