HOLD YOU HAT! We have been planning for this item for many years. And now (March 2021) is the moment. We have installed a production kitchen with just one initial mission - to make the finest fish pie in the land. We put an experienced chef in charge. We debated the ingredients at length. We argued about the mash to fish to sauce ratios. We crossed swords over parmesan or cheddar. We went backwards and forwards over the size. We heartached over the price. We made 80 prototypes of six different recipes. We ate a lot of delicious fish pies... but which would you like BEST?. Fingers Xd, we made a few good decisions.
