Tuna Burgers - 2 burgers
- Order number: 807481
- 2 burgers per pack
- Yellowfin tuna
- Firm patties when cooked
- Extra flavours of unagi, ginger and spring onion
These unique tuna burgers are made in-house by our chef Tim. The fish used is the same tuna as our steaks and maguro tuna sashimi strips. We use the trimmings of these cuts to produce the burgers. So rest assured, it's good quality tuna. The tuna burgers have a wonderful fragrant flavour as they are full of ginger, spring onion and unagi sauce for an Asian twist. The tuna holds very well when cooked on the bbq, pan or grilled and the meat creates a thick firm pattie. These are a unique bbq must-have for the summer!
Tuna, Unagi sauce [High fructose corn syrup, Soy sauce (Soybean, wheat, salt, water), corn syrup, salt, modified starch, alcohol, sour agent, seasoning, caramel as colouring, water], Ginger, garlic, spring onion, parsley.
