Product Information
A renowned Japanese dish. Filleted, boneless eel marinated in a sweet soy sauce (with a barbeque-esque flavour) and then grilled. Delicious. The most popular way to serve this dish is 'unagi don' which is simply grilled marinated eel filleted sliced and served on top of Japanese rice. This pack of eel is really easy to use, just defrost, remove from the pack and grill until it crisps a little. The eel is already cooked so you're just finishing to your prefered texture by grilling.

- Serve whole, in strips or crumble into rice (hitsumabushi)
- Ready to eat but is best reheated
- Great multi-buy saving when you buy more than one pack at a time
- "Never thought I could have this not in Japan. tasty and will buy them again." - Tomo
