Keta is a beautiful, bright orange salted salmon roe - also known as saviar - from a pretty humble species of salmon which happens to have humungous eggs. The tatse is intense, so use it sparingly. Great for garnish and sushi. This keta is unpasteurised and frozen, unlike our refrigerated keta. After defrosting, eat within 3 days. Will keep in your freezer for up to three months. Contains no preservatives, no E-numbers, no nothing apart from 3% salt.
