Wafers / Laminas de Bonito - 1 Tin
- Order number: 806367
- Each tin has huge muscle flakes/wafers/slices and is presentationally stunning
- This tuna is a close second to ventresca de bonito
- A wonderfully decadent addition to a summer salad
Our ventresca de bonito customers know that the finest way to savour this gem of a product is to separate the slices and savour them one by one. Each slice is an experience to die for. So imagine our excitement upon discovering that El Capricho sell a tin of separated slices. Glorious, wide, flat, perfect slices. We feel the need to point out that this is not, in fact, ventresca, but the neighbouring cut. Some say it's not in quite the same league, but if not, it's a commendable second.
