Product Information
  • Each pack contains two whiting fillets, skin on
  • Whiting is a simple, honest fish, so try it with all sorts of different flavours
  • A 320g pack would make two good sized main meals

Whiting is the perfect fish to experiment with. Try it in all your favorite dishes and see which one you like best. If you're lost for ideas, just a quick google will bring up hundreds of recipes for you to start with. It's an excellent replacement for cod in fish and chips! Being relatively sweet, light and delicate, it does very well in fishcakes and maybe even a fish curry.

How you've been using our whiting fillets...

  • "Poached them in white wine with butter, thyme and garlic. Very nice."
  • "Very fresh. Lovely cooked simply in oven with lemon, olive oil butter and capers."
  • "A very under rated fish. These were delicious, simply panfried in a little oil and butter and lightly seasoned."
