Product Information
  • Each pack contains one whole headless, gutted and cleaned organic salmon
  • Wrap it in tinfoil and pop it on the BBQ
  • One 1800g fish would serve 10 people comfortably

This is the same item as our whole fish but with the head and tail already removed. They're also descaled, of course. In fact 100% ready. Fish up to about 3 kgs should squeeze into a 24 inch fish kettle. But you can also wrap in foil and roast in your oven - that works just fine.  You'll need about 180g fish per person for a main course.
