  • These squid are variable in size, so you could get one big squid and one small one
  • Try grilling them on the BBQ
  • One pack of 500g would serve two good sized mains

Squid straight out of the sea, in all its chaotic glory... tentacles all over the place. These larger squid are variable in size, so your pack could contain one large and one small. For a rough guide, in a medium pack you could get between 2-4 fish, and in a large pack, you could get between 3-6 fish. This of course depends on their size. If you want fish of similar size, have a look at our squid tubes, which are nicely graded for size. These fish need no special tenderising. All this whole squid comes frozen in clumps, so you will need to defrost them all at once.
