These Octopus skewers are made up of whole minced octopus. Classic street food from Osaka - Japan, Okonomiyaki works perfectly with a variety of sauces and dips. Perfect for parties, gatherings or as an accompaniment to a summer barbecue.
Try serving with Tonkatsu sauce or dipping in sesame oil.
Cooking instructions: Deep fry for 2.5 - 3 mins at 170-180°C, and add Okonomiyaki sauce or Tonkatsu sauce before eating.
