All About Our Made By Us Range

Firstly hello, my name is Tim and i’m the executive chef here at the Fish Society. Typically you can find me in my new state-of-the-art kitchen, making and creating classic seafood dishes. Recently, I have been focusing my attention on creating a delicious tuna meatball marinara. 

What is the ‘Made By Us’ range?

The made by us range was the brainchild of Alistair, who has a server hankering for fish pie. I was originally tasked with producing a pie, head and shoulders above anything you can find in the supermarket. Two years later the range has expanded exponentially, and I’m making a diverse range of modern and classic dishes.

My philosophy is to refine classic dishes and to hopefully bring a taste of luxury to your dinner tables at home.

Give us an overview of the products?

Currently, we have close to 25 products that fall under the made by us range. We make a wide range of potted shrimps, pates, soups and classic seafood showstoppers. If you scroll down you can explore some of my handy work…

And we are continuously looking to add more and trial new recipes.

What’s your favourite?

My favourite things to eat and cook are very different… When it comes to cooking, salmon en croute is great fun. From the mushroom duxelle to beautiful buttery pastry, there’s no better time to be in the kitchen.

In terms of what I enjoy eating and would happily have the king prawn kung po for the rest of my days. It’s everything I crave, rich, spicy and just what you want after a long day at work.

If you were cooking dinner for four guests what would you recommend?

I think you can’t look any further than our salmon en croute, it’s spectacular and something that never really fails to deliver. Serve it with some seasonal greens and you have a delicious meal with little to no fuss.
