What you’ll need
- 200g Fresh prepared pizza dough
- Parsley, finely chopped
- 177ml of Olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 450g Meretrix clams, shell removed and chopped
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 60g Pecorino romano cheese, grated
- 30g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Lemon Wedge

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C ( fan oven) Place pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, and cover with plastic wrap. Let stand for 20 minutes
Step 2
Place finely chopped parsley in a small blow, stir in the olive oil and garlic. Roll pizza dough into a 10-inch round on a pizza peel or bottom of a sheet pan. Spread the parsley mixture in an even layer on pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
Step 3
Spread the chopped clams in an even layer on top of the parsley mixture, sprinkle with chilli flakes and top with pecorino and parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and melted, about 20 minutes. Remove pizza from oven, and sprinkle with more cheese and parsley. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over pizza and serve immediately.
