Sea bass ceviche
Ceviche with sea bass with our high quality sea bass fillets. A refreshing summer recipe full of colour and flavour.
BUY SEA BASS SASHIMIWhat you’ll need
- 2 fresh sustainable sea bass fillets
- 1 extra-large ripe avocado
- Juice 3 limes and Juice 1 lemon
- Handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely sliced
- ½ cucumber, finely diced
- ½ punnet cress, snipped
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Extra-virgin olive oil to drizzle
Let's Cook!
Step 1
Peel and de stone the avocado and mash together with the coriander and lemon juice to form a smooth is paste
Step 2
Slice the sea-bass into strips, place into a bowl and cover with the lime juice. Leave for a few minutes until the fish becomes opaque
Step 3
Spread a layer of avocado onto your plate and top with the delicate seas bass
Step 4
Finish with the chilli, cucumber, cress and pomegranate and a drizzle of olive oil
