Seafood Linguine
This seafood linguine is made with perfectly cooked prawns, mussels and clams mixed with a rich tomato sauce flavoured with garlic, white wine and chili flakes. This delicious seafood linguine will take less than twenty minutes to pull together and will surely please a crowd.

- 50ml Olive oil
- 1 Medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 Garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp Crushed red chili flakes
- 2 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 230ml Dry White Wine
- 1 Can crushed tomatoes
- Salt & pepper
- 500g Pack linguine
- 300g Meretrix clams
- 200g Mussels whole
- 260g Peeled king prawns
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Let's Cook!
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium. Cook onion, stirring occasionally, until golden and softened, 8–10 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and season with salt.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and cook,stirring occasionally until slightly darkened in colour and it starts sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add wine and cook, stirring often, until the smell of the alcohol is almost completely gone.Add tomatoes and juices and increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens slightly, 8–10 minutes. Taste and season sauce with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until very al dente,drain, reserving 1 cup pasta cooking liquid. Add mussels, prawns and clams and ¼ cup pasta cooking liquid to sauce. Cover and cook, shaking pot occasionally, until mussels open, about 4 minutes. Using tongs, pick out shrimp,mussels and clams transfer to a large bowl.
Step 4
Add pasta and another ¼ cup pasta cooking liquid to sauce and stir to coat. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, and continue to cook, stirring and adding more pasta cooking liquid needed, until sauce coats pasta, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat, return prawns, clams and mussels to pot, carefully toss to combine. Mix in parsley and lemon juice. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
