  • 1 whole smoked trout
  • Smoked prawns
  • 4 cooked and peeled beetroot
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • Loaf of fresh brown bread
  • Butter

Chop the beetroot into chunks and blitz with the mayonnaise, horseradish and a good pinch of salt and pepper with a stick blender until completely smooth and vivid pink.
