Wild Norwegian King Crab Prime Sections - Cooked
£37.30
  • Each pack contains 2 cooked king crab prime sections
  • These are cooked, ready to eat - Can be served warm or cold
  • One pack would serve 2 people or 1 hungry crab lover

The most sumptuous way to enjoy this superb king crab. These are the upper sections - the thighs - of its long legs. They’re typically 12-16cm long, and they contain the wonderful sweet white meat for which this giant red crab is famous for. All things top of the range - best not to over complicate them. They are already cooked so they can be halved and served cold. We recommend warming slightly, serving with a little bit of garlic butter for dunking. A pack comprises two drainpipe-shaped sections. To serve, cut them lengthways with a pair of kitchen scissors to get two ’gutters’ per section. A pack weight of 250g+ could be stretched across 4 servings, but it’s probably best to stick to a minimum of one section per serving. The weight includes the shell, but the ratio is about 70% meat to 30% shell.
