A seafood classic. Simply warm the sauce, add mussels, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve with fries or crusty bread. Our homemade sauce is a wonderful combination of double cream, shallots, butter, garlic, thyme, parsley, bay leaves and a splash of white wine.
