Monkfish Wrapped in Parma Ham

This quick and easy monkfish recipe is a surefire way to impress at any dinner party – and it’s very easily doubled.

Monkfish Wrapped in Parma Ham

Ingredients

2 x monkfish fillet steaks

Slices of parma ham

2 Tbsp olive tepenade

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Cooking steps

Step 1

Lightly oil a baking sheet and lay down a few slices of parma ham.

Step 2

Pop the monkfish fillet on top and generously spread over the black olive tepenade. Wrap the Parma ham around the monkfish fillets to form a parcel.

Step 3

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220 °C/ fan 200 °C for 25 minutes, slice and serve.
