Prawns with chorizo

Your best prawns with chorizo recipe, a Spanish tapas classic with the most juicy prawns, red peppers and garlic sauce.

Ingredients

350g wild king prawn tails

150g chorizo

2 large marinated jarred red pepper

4 cloves garlic

bunch of parsley

2 tbsp olive oil

juice of a lemon

Cooking steps

Step 1

Peel king prawns

Step 2

Slice the chorizo, peppers, garlic and parsley.

Step 3

In a heavy based pan gently heat the oil. Add the garlic, chorizo, peppers and sauté gently.
Increase the heat and add the prawns - cook quickly for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

Step 4

Finish with the lemon juice and parsley
