Product Information
Our smoker uses large mackerel so the fillets aren't tiny once smoked. Each pack contains four smoked mackerel fillets. These fillets are great when flaked onto a salad or made into pate. Two smoked mackerel fillets per person would be an agreeable serving. The fillets aren't frozen together in the pack they come in so you can take a few out and save the rest for later if required.
