Ingredients:
450g Tuna Sashimi Grade Maguro Saku Block
190g cooked white rice
135g sliced cucumber
135g diced avocado
65g thinly sliced red onion
20g sliced green onion
60ml soy sauce
15ml sesame oil
5g honey
5g grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
5g sesame seeds
1 lime, juiced
Instructions:
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions and set it aside to cool.
- Remove the Tuna Sashimi Grade Maguro Saku Block from its packaging and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced tuna, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and green onion.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and lime juice to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss to coat.
- Divide the cooked rice into four bowls and top each with the tuna mixture.
