Garfish

Garfish is a rarity in the UK - in fact, anywhere - and we don't always have it in stock. It's a long and narrow fish, like a missile, complete with a long and pointed arrowhead-like beak. It's not short of bones, which are a miraculous green colour. The taste is mild and sweet. The best way to eat a garfish is to discard the knife and fork and use your fingers. We sell garfish as on-the-bone steaks.
