Fabulous food and drink, with the chance of al fresco eating and an abundance of feelgood factor... the bank holiday weekend will be pure platinum. Not to mention pageantry, parties, festivals and commemorations - the UK will be in full swing. We have it on good althority that the Queen is fond of a grilled Dover sole with wilted spinach and courgettes. Her Majesty has loved Morecambe Bay potted shrimps for the best part of a century, and would never say no to a smoked salmon and cucumber canapé.
