Tilapia is possibly the second most popular farmed fish in the world (after carp). Ours normally come from Taiwan. They're skinned and boned then individually vac-packed - truly a quality product, which will turn out well however you choose to cook them. It has firm but flakey white flesh with a neutral "just-fishy" flavour. And the pricing is very favourable.
