Sea bass misshapes
Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. They’re boneless and skinless. As they are bits that are left over, they're often misshapen (see what we did there?) but they are still completely delicious. You could cook them up by themselves...
Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. They’re boneless and skinless. As they are bits that are left over, they're often misshapen (see what we did there?) but they are still completely delicious. You could cook them up by themselves - just flash fry in butter - or mix a few packs up to make a fish stew or fish pie. These Sea bass misshapes would make a wonderful addition to a fish curry! We'd recommend around 150g per person for a main course.
