Yellowtail kingfish misshapes
- One 200g pack of Yellowtail Kingfish misshapes
- Boneless and skinless
- Kingfish is commonly used for sushi, so try a piece raw!
Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. You could cook them up by themselves - just flash fry in butter - or mix a few packs up to make a fish stew or fish pie. Since these pieces of fish come from the same fillet that we use to cut our sashimi and steaks from, they are suitable to eat raw if you wanted to. They may be an odd shape but they will still be absolutely delicious!
Our kingfish comes from a low-density sea farm in Southern Australia, accredited by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council; the Good Fish Guide rates this fish a 'best choice'.
