Prawn cocktail recipe packed with juicy prawns, a classic that will never fail to please everyone!

Prawn Cocktail

Our take on prawn cocktail, this recipe is made with the best Atlantic prawns coated in a delicious sauce.

Ingredients

Best North Atlantic Peeled Prawns

200g mayonnaise

50g tomato ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of paprika

Cucumber

Iceberg lettuce

1 avocado

1 jar of Keta salmon roe

Cooking steps

Step 1

Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and paprika in a bowl. Season to taste.

Mix in the best north Atlantic prawns until coated in sauce.

Cut up cucumber and iceberg lettuce, avocado and place at the bottom of small dishes of your choice, then divide the prawns equally into the dishes.

Add a small amount of keta on top to finish!
