Coley is a relative of the cod but with dark flesh - which cooks to white - and much bigger scales - but don't worry as we've skinned it for you. Coley has always been an underdog on the fish counter, which is pretty unfair, because it makes excellent eating and as it grows to a good size, yields excellent thick fillet steaks. We've had a little campaign to promote coley which has resulted in plenty of repeat orders. So have yourself some undervalued coley and join its new fan base.
