Shellfish is a zone of true fulfilment for any gourmet and the rest of us aren't complaining either. Shellfish always looks at least interesting, often very beautiful; served in the shell, it offers an engaging dining experience. But if you just want to get straight to the taste and texture, you'll want it peeled, shelled or shucked and of course, we have all these options too. Bon appétit!
