Dogfish

Dogfish is a small shark. It swims and hunts in packs like wild dogs, and that's where it got its name. It has nice firm flesh, no small bones and frankly, a good "firm" taste. Not everybody likes it, but I do. Unfortunately it's overfished and at the time of writing we're seriously considering dropping this fish in the cause of sustainability. So if we have it in stock, now might be a good time to try it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
