This week we’re taking the opportunity to raise the profile of some of the ‘best choice, future friendly’ sustainable seafoods. These have been hand picked as prime examples of sustainably managed farmed and wild fish. We have used the Marine Conservation’s ‘Good Fish Guide’ to pick out these examples. All of the fish on this page have a 1 or 2 rating in the Good Fish Guide. We hope you spot some of your favourites, from North Atlantic Prawns, to yellowtail sashimi, thick halibut steaks and exotic blue abalone. Keep tuned in to our emails and social media this week as we delve deeper into the background of some of these ‘future friendly fish’ fish. And shhhhhh….something exciting might be happening towards the end of the week, so keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.
