Wild sea bass is one of the top prime fish and catches are limited in pursuit of sustainability. But there is a large supply of farmed sea bass from Greece and Turkey. We offer both wild and farmed. The farmed fish is raised to a certain size so for larger thicker cuts choose the wild. All our sea bass fillets are always pin-boned. Suzuki as the Japanese call this fish is popular for sushi / sashimi and we offer both back and belly cuts (but the belly is in short supply). Fishopedia article
