Our fish stock - made here at Fish Palace from skeletons of prime fish to exacting standards and containing no additives of any kind - provides the perfect cooking medium for all kinds of fish. But not everybody wants to use a tub of stock every time, so we also offer some classy Oxo-style (but much larger) cubes from Germany. You can use all or part and the rest will keep in your fridge for a while. Grilling or baking? What could be easier than adding a slice of garlic butter from our tasty little log?
