This is our top grade of lobster meat, picked by hand from native British lobsters, with a good proportion of proper-sized chunks from the tail and claws. Native lobsters are seasonal and the boats are small, so it isn't cheap, and it comes and goes.
Three packs come in at about 5% less than buying them singly, and take your order past £70 on their own, which means free delivery. As it's already cooked, warm it through gently in anything hot. (Boiling it a second time is the quickest way to make expensive rubber.)
If you'd rather have it in the shell, there's a whole or dressed lobster for that.
