Crafted by our in-house chef, Tim, this kit makes it ludicrously easy for you to serve up this fabled masterpiece. So you get two raw pre-cut rock lobster tails (in fact four halves), a pack of Tim's amazing Thermidor sauce (he uses Cheddar, Parmesan and Gruyere) and a sachet of gremolata breadcrumb topping and the simple cooking instructions. Can't cook? We defy you to mess this one up.
