Ortiz is an iconic Spanish producer of the highest quality fishy delicacies. They produce many specialised versions of tuna using line-caught fish from the Cantabrian Sea (the southern end of the Bay of Biscay). Bonito del Norte (aka albacore or white tuna) is one of their most famous lines.
