This is the same prawn as our Best North Atlantic Peeled Prawn, but it’s still in its shell. Often served in pubs as ’a pint of prawns’. Easy to peel, an exercise which adds character to your meal. These little prawns have been cooked and only need defrosting before you serve them up with a salad or as part of your plat des fruits de mer. They're individually frozen so you only need to get out what you need and can leave the rest in your freezer. Prawns carry their eggs between their legs for up to 11 months after conception. Therefore they often include eggs, which are delicious to eat. They come from the MSC-certified Greenland fishery, which the Good Fish Guide rates a 'best choice'.
