Busy fingers? Take an hour or so to peel a bag of our whole brown shrimps. They are quite small and tricky to peel but if you have the patience you might find this very fulfilling. Brown shrimp have a much more savoury taste than Atlantic prawns. One pack and a bottle of wine will keep three or four people entertained for at least half an hour. Just defrost them in your fridge over night and they're ready to go!
