Patagonian Toothfish is a premium fish, so getting misshapes from it is very rare, hence the price tag. Misshapes are good pieces of fish that are cut away as we process the fillets into neat looking steaks. They're still very good quality and would otherwise be wasted. As they're already cut into smaller pieces, they're perfect to use for fish pies and stews, but they're also delicious when just pan fried in some butter.
