2 monk fish fillets
Paste:
1 lemon
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons paprika
sea salt
2 garlic gloves
1 tablespoon of oil
Vegetables:
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 large pepper, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 large pak choi
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon ground chilli or more to taste
1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate
2 tablespoons water
Handful of spinach and coriander
Coconut rice
