Think of this as a smoked salmon alternative. It has an interesting, slightly more intense flavour which is always popular. Serve with smoked salmon and smoked halibut (white with gold edges) for a medley of eye-catching colours and tastes. It makes a wonderfully interesting and unique addition to a sharing board where you would normally see smoked salmon. It's also a great addition to a sushi night. Trust us, you definitely won't regret giving it a try.
