The heart of our seaweed range is a selection of high-quality well priced dried organic seaweeds from Northern Spain. The range includes kombu (or kelp), sea spaghetti, wakame, sea lettuce and a seaweed salad. We also have the two seaweeds which have always had a place in UK cuisine - that's laver to make laverbread, and samphire. These two types are frozen.
