Smoked Salmon

Our Fishrjumpin smoked salmon has been included in Good Housekeeping's smoked salmon listings for the best-smoked salmon for Christmas and the best-smoked salmon for breakfast. Buying smoked salmon online can be complicated with so many choices but don't worry you've arrived at the right place! Our award-winning smoked salmon travels well by post and keeps well in the fridge or freezer. Is smoked salmon raw? we are often asked. Answer: yes - classic smoked salmon is cold smoked - that means at 37C - which just dries the salmon out nicely and together with the curing in salt which precedes smoking, imparts the unique flavour loved all over the world. And then there's hot smoked salmon, produced by cooking the salmon in a smoky oven, for a wholly different but equally pleasing eating experience. So what will you choose for your smoked salmon delivery? Consider smoked salmon sides - perfect for parties, and royal fillet which provides the unusual experience of unsliced and therefore thicker pieces of smoked salmon.
