These superbly-prepared sushi prawns are ideal for using in a filling for a tiger eye, or to nestle carefully onto your nigiri. But you don't have to be a sushi-fan to appreciate Ebi. Unlike the rest of the sushi lineup, these prawns are not raw, and they're designed to look great! To add interest and class, perch them on your canapes. They haven't been marinated so you're getting pure prawn with these.
