These fish fingers are twice the normal size! Unlike the others, which are often made of 'mince fish', ours are made from top quality wild Atlantic cod fillets. So these fish fingers you get a proper piece of cod covered in batter or breadcrumb, your choice. They can be cooked in the oven and great when served with peas and tartare sauce. They make for a really easy and simple dinner option; they keep in the freezer for months (if they last that long!) and cook from frozen in about 20 mins or so.
