These sea bass are farmed in Greece, the economical alternative to our wild sea bass, and the fish our customers most often put in the same basket as salmon and king prawns. Sea bass is a sweet fish, so it takes strong Mediterranean flavours well: lemon, capers, olives, a little chilli.
Five packs comes in at about 5% less than buying them singly. The 10-pack has bigger 200g packs and a bigger saving.
